I worked out today. 20 training minutes in Wii Fit had me (excuse the imagery) dripping sweat and dog tired. Phew! I'm looking forward to the day I can do 60 minutes, but baby steps first.

i love bowling but each time i play i either bash the control stick or i swing my arm into something!! dah
