At heart, I'm just simple when it comes to breakfast. Give me some cereal and some nonfat milk, I'm good to go. I just don't the bulk of my calories at the beginning of the day - I need some to get me started, but lunch is where I do a lot of eating (and is my downfall when switching to a healthier lifestyle).

How about you? What do you eat for breakfast?

actually- my six year old gets on me about this. this morning, he made me a plate of dry cereal, lol. he then said 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day'. :D

man the morning is my ultimate meal....eggs....and what ever else I can get. LOVE breakfast

During the week I eat granola bars, Nutrigrain bars or something else portable...more about speed than quality!

I'm with you. I really love a bowl of cereal in the morning. I'm not much into a big honkin' breakfast.

Erm, four (raw) egg-whites mixed with: a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a dash of 1/2 & 1/2, 8oz of soymilk.

Coffee.

Cottage cheese and pineapple.

I know. Eww. ;-)
